Types of yogurt and its products

Pasteurized yogurt:

The yogurt has a shelf life of 4 days.

Sterile yogurt:

Sometimes to increase our shelf life, they are heated and sterilized by a special machine after acid production and adjustment. They are then packaged in sterile conditions. This type of yogurt has a long shelf life of four to six months. It should be borne in mind, however, that because of this, our yogurt bacteria are destroyed, some do not like the properties of fresh yogurt.

Dough :

This product is unique to our country and is produced using lactic acid producing bacteria (Lactobacillus). Fresh yogurt is used as raw material for this purpose. This product is watery and lasts about 5 days.

Strained yogurt :

This product is produced by reducing yogurt. The process of reducing water is done by a device or a book bag.

Whey:

This product is originally a special yogurt product with a long shelf life. To make this product, the yogurt is concentrated or dried after formulating, heating and removing the excess water.

Survival:

This product is a by-product in yogurt. Yogurt (part of our yogurt that is separated from the condensation) is usually condensed and packaged to make croutons. It is a very sour taste and is used as a seasoning for various foods.

Frozen yogurt:

This product is also known as our ice cream which is available in foreign countries. In this product, after formulation, the yogurt is frozen in ice cream makers and consumed in dessert.

Fruit Yogurt:

Fruit yogurt is very popular in the world and has many fans. There are several ways to produce this product, two of which are:

A. Production of fruit yogurt using essential oil and edible color.

B) Fruit yogurt with jam or fruit marmalade
